Easter Bunny Brunch Cocktails

While the kids run around collecting goodie-filled plastic eggs on Sunday morning, it's time for the Easter Bunny to sit back and enjoy a nice breakfast cocktail.

Here are two brunch-friendly cocktails to celebrate the Easter Bunny's hard work and help him/her enjoy the holiday.

Selma

2 Parts Kanon Organic Vodka
1 part heavy cream
3/4 part amaretto
cardamom pod
egg yolk (optional)

Lightly crush cardamom in shaker, add liquid ingredients dry shake (without ice), shake with ice, strain into rocks glass.

Easter Fizz

1 1/2 oz Vodka
2 oz of lychee juice
1/2 oz ruby red grapefruit juice
1/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz Mercy

Combine all ingredients, except Mercy, in a shaker, shake vigorously, and strain into a martini glass.
Top with Mercy.
Garnish with a lemon wheel or a lychee.
