Register Now for the CONNECTED Boston 2014 Summit

On Saturday, Sept. 27 from 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. at the Whittier Street Health Center, the MAC will convening The CONNECTED Boston 2014 summit, a community event focused on the health of Greater Boston's Black and Latino gay, bisexual, trans and queer men.

With the support of their partners at Fenway Health and AIDS Action Committee, the MAC will engage the community holistically on the health needs of Black and Latino men in New England.

The CONNECTED Boston 2014 Summit aims to increase knowledge, empower individuals and offer tools and resources to help create sustainable community action plans that address the sexual health, mental health, and environmental health priorities in our communities.

The purpose of the gathering is to provide a space for community members and leaders, activists, researchers, care providers, and artists to examine the unique needs of Black and Latino men who are gay, bisexual, trans* and queer, or otherwise identified as men who have sex with men.

Black and Latino GBQT* men engage these ideas every day through their lived experiences. We hope that you will join us in bringing your unique voice to the conversation.

Community partners include MAC, AIDS Action Committee, Fenway Health, Body Image 4 Justice, Black and Pink, Wheelock College, The Boston Alliance of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Youth (BAGLY) the City School and Collegium Bostoniense.
