It's pretty safe to say that Ariana Grande killed it when she performed on the season 40 premier of "Saturday Night Live" this weekend. And what a better way to celebrate that milestone than hitting up a nearby gay club to continue the party?

Following in Nick Jonas' footsteps, Grande made a surprise appearance at the New York City gay club, BPM at 3 a.m., E! Online reports.

The 21-year-old pop star appeared in a white miniskirt, a white bustier and white heels, and of course, a bedazzled cat ear headband.

Grande and her backup dancers performed the single "Bang Bang," which features Jessie J and Nicki Minaj, and "Break Free" to a crowd of about 2,000 people.

"They went wild," a source told E! Online.

Also part of the crowd was her boyfriend, rapper Big Sean, and her out brother Frankie Grande, who left the "Big Brother" house just last week.

As E! Online notes, the young singer has been close to the LGBT community. When someone referred to her brother as "that homo" on her Instagram account, Grande went off:

"'That homo' is the fiercest, most incredible, funniest, most intelligent, kind hearted and most LOVED person on the face of the planet!," she wrote. "he also cleaned up his game and told the truth to everybody in the house WHICH by the way, nobody else on the show has done. so i don't give a flying f--k if or when he comes home!!! he is incredible and i am SO prud!!!!"

Grande performed "Break Free" on "SNL," singing the first half of the monster singer acoustic. She also performed "Love ME Harder," a duet with alternative R&B singer The Weeknd.

Grande isn't the first pop star to perform at BMP. Earlier this month, Nick Jonas sang his new single "Jealous" at the club before giving the audience a little something extra: a strip tease.
