Teen Wolf - Season 5, Part 1
JC Alvarez READ TIME: 2 MIN.
The anticipation surrounding senior high - it's difficult enough to imagine when you're just a regular high-schooler, but when you spent some evenings howling at the moon (and we don't mean at the local house party) things can be downright dangerous! In "Teen Wolf" - Season 5 Part 1 available now on DVD, the hit MTV series continues to raise the stakes, and proves it's got fangs to go up against other genre shows looking to lay a claim to adventure.
Scott (Tyler Posey) returns as the leader of a pack of the supernaturally challenged teen set who find themselves on the percipience of the greatest moment of their young lives, but the first day moan and groans of senior year may find themselves muffled by the terrifying cries of fear as a new enemy comes to town. Graduation day may not be as easy a goal as these seniors intend, but with friends like Stiles (Dylan O'Brien star of "The Maze Runner" film series) they may stand a chance.
The season opener gets things off to a grand start when Lydia (Holland Roden) finds herself in the midst of a nightmare and the revelation that all her friends may die! All the while Scott and Stiles are making plans for college and Scott begins to accept his role as the "alpha" of his own pack, aware that at any moment the scales are about to tip. All the while pandaemonium is about to break lose! The drama intensifies and the action is compelling.
On "Teen Wolf" a dark and rainy night is always only a prelude to something really dangerous, so as senior year starts, an electrical storm unleashes a new enemy bent on challenging the new alpha. The battle sets the stage for the most epic season of "Teen Wolf" yet. All 10 Season 5 / Part 1 episodes are loaded on the 3-disc set which also features some special bonus material.
