The Clear + Brilliant p�lo laser combines innovative linear scanning technology with a powerful skin cooling device. What exactly does that mean? Faster, more effective treatments with minimal discomfort to enhance the experience.

How It Works
Linear scanning features a diode laser beam that is scanned through a skin area. This selectively damages hair follicles without injuring the epidermis. The high power density in the laser beam allows for high fluences in short pulses, and large areas can be treated in short periods. (On average, 10 minutes for a back treatment.)

Stay Cool
Anyone who has experienced a waxing or sugaring treatment knows that it's hot stuff. Both the application and its removal can induce cringes. But for those who appreciate an effective treatment without the pain, the Clear + Brilliant p�lo laser's integrated contact cooling system has just the answer. Featuring a sapphire glass that can quickly chill to freezing point, the laser's cooling sensation can help numb pain and keep discomfort to a minimum.

Time is of the Essence
Nobody wants to spend the afternoon in a doctor or aesthetician's office. Though results vary by patient and other personal factors, these are estimated times per session:
Back: 8-12 minutes
Full legs: 36 minutes
Face: 1-3 minutes
Underarm: 1 minute

The combination of the laser's large treatment area (50mm x 15mm) and its high fluence pulses make it up to five times faster than traditional diode lasers.

It's All in the Timing
To ensure maximum effectiveness, five to six treatments are recommended in the following intervals:
Face, underarm, bottom area: 4 to 6 weeks
Body: 6 to 8 weeks
Arms and legs: 6 to 8/10 weeks

Historically laser hair removal was under utilized by patients with darker skin types, as first generation lasers were only effective for either Skin Types I-IV, or Skin Types V-VI.
