LA Women's Theatre Fest Presents 'Defining Moments'

For one very special night, the Los Angeles Women's Theatre Festival (LAWTF) comes to Culver City for a unique performance on Sunday, July 30 at 7 p.m. The venue will be the Veterans Memorial Building, 4117 Overland Ave., Culver City, CA 90230.
The evening is hosted by Karen A. Clark, singer-songwriter-poet who has performed three of her solo shows with Los Angeles Women's Theatre Festival. She serves on the Festival's Board of Directors.
The theme for the evening will be "Defining Moments." Four of LAWTF's encore performers will be featured. Works are excerpted and include:
The Los Angeles Women's Theatre Festival, a non-profit arts organization, was founded by Executive Producer Adilah Barnes and Miriam Reed.
"Defining Moments" marks the LAWTF's seventh consecutive annual program for residents of Culver City. This performance is made possible in part by a Culver City Performing Arts Grant with support from Sony Pictures Entertainment. Official sponsors include City National Bank and Adilah Barnes Productions.
The Los Angeles Women's Theatre Festival will be held at 7 p.m. on Sunday, July 30 at the Veterans Memorial Building, 4117 Overland Ave., Culver City, CA 90230.
Tickets for the performance are $20 in advance, $25 at the door. Industry (with valid I.D.), seniors and groups of ten or more, $18. Children 12 and under, $10.
