Trans Anarchist Wins GOP Sheriff Nom in NH as Party Misgenders Her

Recently President Trump gave a ringing endorsement to QAnon candidate Marjorie Taylor Greene in her Georgia race for Congress, despite her extreme views. It is doubtful, though, he will be endorsing another Republican with extreme views, Republican nominee Aria DiMezzo any time soon.

Ms. DiMezzo won last week when she ran unopposed as a Republican for the post of Sheriff in New Hampshire's Cheshire County, reports the website NH Journal, which is part of the Inside Sources network.

Not surprisingly, the website writes: "New Hampshire's first trans, anarchist, Satanic candidate for county sheriff says she's not getting a lot of support from the Republican Party."

"DiMezzo, who is running as a Republican with the campaign slogan 'F*** the Police,' said Friday she hasn't had any help or support for the county or state GOP. DiMezzo won the Republican nomination for Cheshire County Sheriff Tuesday night running unopposed in the primary. She'll now square off with popular incumbent Democrat Eli Rivera, who is running for his fifth term," writes NH Journal.

And also not surprisingly, she was misgendered by the GOP.

"Marylin Huston, Cheshire County GOP chair, congratulated her on her victory. Huston consistently referred to DiMezzo as 'he' during the interview, despite the candidate identifying as female."

"He did very well with the primary and that was wonderful," Huston said.

"Aria really came into the Republican party because he was unable to get onto a Libertarian ballot," Huston said.

She signed up for the race two days before the deadline when she discovered the GOP candidate had dropped out. She said that she would be more supportive of the party if they were more supportive of her.

"They're clearly not on my side," DiMezzo said.

Huston told NH Journal that there was no effort to keep DiMezzo from getting the nomination, she heard from many that the party faithful wanted a different candidate.

"If you look at their social media and their political statements they really do not fall in line with the Republican message," Huston said.

Even DiMezzo is shocked at the results.

"I shouldn't have won this freaking primary. I should have gotten crushed," DiMezzo said.

And, for once, a Republican is to the left of the Democratic candidate on issues.

"I'm more liberal than he is," DiMezzo said. "There's tons of things people get fined for, arrested for, that don't actually have any victims."

"DiMezzo comes from the Free Keene group of Libertarian activists that produced Nobody, a gubernatorial candidate who changed his name from Rich Paul to Nobody. She also hosts an internet radio show where she is referred to as 'She-Male.'" writes NH Journal.

Huston added that DiMezzo only ran as a Republican because of issues of getting Libertarian candidates on the ballot. Huston said DiMezzo never showed up to the GOP meetings and candidate events, even though she was invited.
