Watch the Trailer: John Benjamin Hickey Falls for a Younger Man in 'Sublet'

In the first-look trailer for the film, "Sublet," out actor John Benjamin Hickey stars a New York writer who jets off to Tel Aviv and finds unexpected love for his tour guide, played by hunky actor Niv Nissim.

Directed by Israeli filmmaker Eytan Fox, the film is a queer story about transformation through tragedy. Premiering as part of the Tribeca Film Festival last year, the film will finally receive its theater debut in June and on-demand in July.

As reported by The Playlist, "Theater and TV veteran Hickey puts his talents to good use as a man facing not only time but the ravages of tragedy. Nissim, in his first feature film role, offers a fresh approach to the material. For each actor, a theater background pays off when presented with dialogue-driven scenes."
