Marjorie Taylor Greene Makes Anti-Gay Rant About Pete Buttigieg, Girls' Bathrooms

The curious case of Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene's (R-Geo.) influence on the State of Georgia continues after Greene's most recent, puzzling, homophobic rant, directed at Department of Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg and his husband, Chasten.

As reported by Rolling Stone, Green was at a MAGA rally in Georgia when she took aim at Buttigieg and told him and his husband to "stay out of our girls' bathrooms."

On brand, the whole experience felt very unhinged and confusing. To an audience that included former President Donald Trump, Greene also shared that she plans to defeat a lawsuit that will see her removed from the next election ballot for comments she made denying election results.

"You're going to see a new Republican Party – a Republican Party that defends our nation's borders, a Republican Party that finishes the wall, a Republican Party that saves this economy and stops this inflation [and] ridiculously high gas prices," Greene promised about the midterm elections. "We're going to drill oil right here in the U.S.A."

Hopefully, she confines the drilling to her backyard.

Making sure to hit all the anti-LGBTQ talking points she could, Greene also pivoted to talking about transgender swimmer Lia Thomas.

Watch the moment below if you can stand it.
