Wearing 'Tickle a Pickle' Hat, Jacob Elordi Gets Buff with Barry Keoghan at Popular LA Gym

As they prepare for starring roles in Academy Award-winner Emerald Fennell's upcoming film "Saltburn," "Euphoria" star Jacob Elordi and recent Oscar nominee Barry Keoghan headed to the popular LA gym Dog Pound. In photos posted on his Instagram Stories feed, Keoghan and his co-star posed with Dog Pound trainer and founder Kirk Myers.
"The 'Euphoria' actor, 25, and 'The Banshees Of Inisherin' star, 30, could be seen flexing their sculpted muscles and abs while posing for a couple of snaps inside a spacious gym," writes the Daily Mail.
" 'The Batman' star, who notably received an Oscar nomination this year, opted to go shirtless for the pictures while sporting a pair of black, Nike track pants that were secured with drawstrings at the waist."
In the photo, Keoghan balls his hands to accent his muscles. Elordi is seen kneeling with a silver-chained necklace with a small pendant falling over his shirt as he points towards trainer Kirk Meyers.
"Dog Pound is a gym that offers personal training and also group classes, and has locations both in Los Angeles and also New York City," adds the Daily Mail.
The cap is reference to a term used in the game Pickleball, according to professional tennis instructor Wayne Clark, who runs The Pickleball Academy of Southwest Florida. "The idea is to be as soft and gentle as you can, with your hands and the paddle during contact with the ball," he told the Coastal Breeze News.
But it can also be a reference to the game "Tickle Pickle," in which men aggressively tickle each others' penises. The winner is the person who makes another ejaculate the quickest, reads the definition from the Urban Dictionary.
The bromancing Elordi and Keoghan also appear to have a close friendship during their free time, and were recently seen attending the Los Angeles Laker vs. Dallas Mavericks basketball game late last month in March together.
As for their film project, Variety announced the film last January. "Though plot details are being kept under wraps, it's said to be a story of obsession."
Recently Variety reported that Elordi and Keoghan will be joined by Oscar nominee Richard E. Grant, Archie Madekwe, and Alison Oliver as part of the acting ensemble.
In January Variety noted that Fennell would also produce the project, alongside LuckyChap Entertainment's Josey McNamara, Tom Ackerley, and Margot Robbie. Prime Video landed worldwide streaming rights to "Saltburn," which will also be released in theaters by Amazon Studios and MGM, and then stream on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide.
"From the second we read 'Saltburn,' we were completely hooked. Emerald is a triple threat filmmaker–she is really one of a kind," said Jennifer Salke, head of Amazon Studios.
