While Cuomo may have been involved, there is full-on, same-sex kiss between the actors. "The kiss wasn't choreographed," Messina told Collider. "They just let us go. What was choreographed was who would kiss who. The camera was moving around us, so you'd kiss, and then this person would turn and kiss, and then this person would turn and kiss. So, who would kiss who at what time, as the camera moved, was choreographed. We did have an intimacy coordinator that was super cool, and talked to everybody and made sure they were cool, which I'd never had before. It was the first time on a show that I'd ever had that. It was two women that did it, and they were spectacular and made us all feel comfortable. But the kiss with Tom, we just let it go. We just let it happen. I love that guy, and I have so much respect and trust for him. Hopefully, he had the same trust in me. And so, we just went for it."

Asked by EW as to who was the best kisser, the 34-year-old Brit said, "That's hilarious. They're both very, very different. Chris is very intense. He's a very intense kisser."

Bateman is best known for his roles in two recent Agatha Christie reboots, "Murder on the Orient Express" and "Death on the Nile." He met his wife, actress Daisey Ridley, on the set of "Murder." Earlier this year he confirmed they had married. "In fact, Bateman was so good in the role that his wife, Daisy Ridley, really liked his performance," ET reported.

"She was very sweet about it," Bateman told the outlet. "She said, 'Yeah, I find you creepy in the right amount of ways.' "
