Clarabelle Cow's Viral Routine During Disney Pride Nite Sparks Conservative Outrage

The gays and fans of good dancing alike have been gagging over a viral video that shows a Disneyland actor dressed as Clarabelle Cow absolutely eating a voguing routine during the park's inaugural Disneyland After Dark: Pride Nite.

As reported by Newsweek, the Nite took place on June 13 and 15, and Clarabelle caught the attention of the internet as a "rising queer icon" for her routine during the Pride celebration.

"Rising queer icon Clarabelle Cow performs at Disneyland's first-ever After Dark Pride event," wrote pop culture Twitter account, Pop Crave, tweeting a video that has been viewed 2.5 million times.

The character Chip from the iconic chipmunk duo, Chip 'n' Dale, added to the fun with their own voguing routine that was also captured on video.

About Clarabelle, "She's serving it and I'm here for it," tweeted one social media user who was a fan of the video. Another added, "Clarabelle's journey from being a forgotten mascot to being quietly reintroduced to being embraced by queer people has been my favorite story arc."

But there has been another story arc from conservatives: outrage.

"Me and kids wont be attending this propaganda event," tweeted one person. Another added: "I'm front of our kids??? This is disturbing [sic]"

To be clear, the characters were simply dancing, and now it seems there is even a problem with that.

After Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis declared war on Disney and the company's ability to act as an autonomous entity in Florida, some in attendance for the Pride Nite took aim at DeSantis' policies.

"Don't DeSantis My Democracy. Kudos to Disney@Disney for a fantabulous Pride Night! 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️," the tweeted one social media user.
