Britney Spears is about to let loose with a new single in collaboration with will.i.am. The duo announced the coming release of "Mind Your Business" on will.i.am's Instagram, NBC News reported.

The Insta post was seemingly a teaser for the track. "In the seconds-long clip, the artists' taglines are heard: 'You are now, now rockin' with will.i.am and Britney, bitch!'" the news report detailed.

"JULY 21st is the DAY..." will.i.am posted, evidently referring to the day the new song drops. "And today is the day we officially announce the release of #MINDYOURBUSINESS..."

The former Black Eyed Peas frontman, who has gone on to a solo career comprising four albums, added that he is "sooo honored and excited for this release... Thank you @britneyspears...you're one of the most fearless, strongest, kindest, purest people I've met in my life...I always loved working with you and I always will..."

"The duo has previously worked together on 'Big Fat Bass,' a 2011 release that appeared on Spears' 'Femme Fatale' album, and 'Scream & Shout,' the lead single from will.i.am's 'Willpower' record," NBC News rcalled.

"The latter was released alongside a music video that gave Spears her first entry into YouTube's Billion Views Club," NBC News added. "Will.i.am also executive-produced Spears' 2013 album, 'Britney Jean.'"

New music from Spears has been sparse since her 2016 album, "Glory," CNN noted. "In 2022, she collaborated with rock legend Elton John on a remix of his iconic song 'Tiny Dancer' when they released 'Hold Me Closer,'" CNN noted, but the new track with will.i.am marks Britney's first new music since then.

The pop sensation has been busy, though; in late 2021, she succeeded in escaping a years-long conservatorship, and this fall will see the release of her upcoming memoir, "The Woman in Me."
