FilmOut San Diego's 23rd Annual LGBTQ Film Festival

The following is a press release from FilmOut San Diego:

FilmOut San Diego's 23rd Annual LGBTQ Film Festival will take place from September 7–10, 2023. Dozens of films will be screened during the four-day festival at The San Diego Natural History Museum (THE NAT) and The Museum of Photographic Arts (MOPA), both located in San Diego's historic Balboa Park.

We will feature award-winning films from Sundance, SXSW, and Berlin Film Festivals, along with independent features and a variety of short films. The Opening Night Film and Party will take place on Thursday, September 7, 2023 @ 7:00pm at THE NAT and our Closing Night Film will end the festival on Sunday, September 10, 2023 @ 7:15pm at MOPA, with a Closing Night Dessert Reception after the film.

Closing Night Film: Jason Karman's "Golden Delicious"
Closing Night Film @ 7:15pm and Closing Night Dessert Reception at: MOPA, 1649 El Prado, San Diego, CA 92101: 7:15pm to 10:30pm

Men's Centerpiece: Jay Arnold's "Shoulder Dance"
Women's Centerpiece: Sacha Polak's "Silver Haze"
Festival Spotlight: Andy Vallentine's "The Mattachine Family"
International Spotlight: Florent Gouëlou's "Three Nights A Week"

Several filmmakers and talent plan to attend the festival and participate in audience Q&A's after their respective screenings.
