Adult Male Performer/Proud Boy Sergeant Miles Pleads Guilty to Role in January 6 Capital Insurrection

Controversial adult star Steven Miles (aka Sergeant Miles) "pleaded guilty Thursday to assaulting, resisting or impeding law enforcement officers during the Jan. 6, 2021 insurrection at the U.S. Capitol," the Miami Herald reports. "Miles and more than 2,000 other rioters stormed the Capitol to disrupt the Electoral College's vote count and overturn the results of the 2020 election."

"Miles agreed to guidelines that call for him to serve 24 to 30 months in prison, and his sentencing hearing is set for February 9th, 2024. Miles remains on restricted house arrest with GPS monitoring until then," adds the NSFW site Str8UpGayPorn.com.

Miles is said to be engaged to Misty MissDemeanor, though whether the wedding will take place prior to Miles' imprisonment has yet to be determined, or whether he will be incarcerated close to his home.

Miles has worked in adult male films since 2013, frequently with Lucas Entertainment. "While Miles filmed porn for Lucas Entertainment up until his arrest, Lucas routinely came to the defense of Miles for his support of Donald Trump, his criticism of dead school children killed in mass shootings, and his interrogation of gay co-stars over their STI test results, with Lucas even writing an impassioned plea to the gay porn industry in April of 2021 (three months after Miles attacked the Capitol), imploring other producers to work with Miles and not ban him for his 'political views'."

Miles, who lives in the Tampa suburb of Zephyrhills traveled to Washington, D.C. for the Jan. 6 rally but left before any speeches began, instead opting to rendezvous with other Proud Boys and play "a leading role in the riot," according to court records.

The Miami Herald continues: "Wearing a camouflage jacket and pants combo and a red 'Make America Great Again' cap, Miles and his co-defendant Matthew LeBrun, a 33-year-old New Orleans resident, entered the 'restricted perimeter' of the Capitol building, undeterred by barricades and police in riot gear, court records say. Miles then shoved a Capitol police officer and attempted to punch another, according to court records. LeBrun cheered him on. A short time later, Miles used a wooden plank to smash a window and gain access inside of the Capitol. LeBrun and a cascade of rioters, 'overwhelming' police, also took advantage of the smashed window to enter the building."

Miles, who was arrested in April 2022, will be sentenced in a Washington D.C. courtroom in February 2024.

"In addition to attempting to assault the officer, Miles made additional physical contact with law enforcement officers, seeking to obstruct, impede, and interfere with their efforts to hold back the rioters," said a statement from the U.S. State Attorney's Office, District of Columbia.
