Say Goodbye to Ryan Murphy's Netflix's 'Ratched'

It's time to say goodbye to Ryan Murphy's favorite nurse, Nurse Rachet. The star of the Netflix show Sarah Paulson has just confirmed that there will be no "Ratched" season two.
As reported by Deadline, two seasons of the show were ordered, but after four years it appears Netflix has decided against a second helping.
Paulson confirmed the news to a fan outside of her Broadway show "Appropriate," and a video of her comment was posted on X, formerly known as Twitter.
"Ratched" was inspired by a character of the same name in the classic Jack Nicholson-led film, "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest." The Netflix show served to give a backstory to character and her early days navigating the mental health care system.
In addition to Paulson, the show starred Sharon Stone, Cynthia Nixon, Finn Wittrock, Jon Jon Briones, Charlie Carver, Judy Davis, Harriet Harris, Hunter Parrish, Amanda Plummer, Corey Stoll, Sophie Okonedo and Vincent D'Onofrio. It was created by Evan Romansky.
The show received four Emmy nominations. See Paulson confirm the news of no new season of "Ratchet" below.
