One of the most controversial scenes in the queer-tastic hit "Saltburn" was also one of the hardest to film according to star Barry Keoghan.

During an appearance on "Hot Ones," Keoghan revealed that the scene in which he had to lay atop a grave and simulate sex made him feel "nauseous" on set.

Addressing the scene, Keoghan said he "likes to be pushed." But it seems even that scene pushed him over the edge.

"Saltburn really pushed it. Every role pushes it and I like to be pushed. I don't want something to be comfy," said Keoghan. "I want to really artistically go there and there's moments on sets & movies where you lose sight of camera and you kind of get this...nauseous feeling, you're so present. It's something we [actors] chase..."

According to director Emerald, the grave scene didn't go entirely to plan because him sexing a grave was never a part of the plan. But she cleared the set and reportedly let Keoghan's body "lead the way."

"On paper, he wasn't written to do that," he explained. "But I wanted to see what actually happened, where I would take it. I wanted to be confused and let my body lead the way. What am I doing? How can I get closer?"

The result is what fans saw on screen. Watch things get even spicier during Keoghan's interview on Hot Ones below.
