'Real Housewives' Star Accuses Andy Cohen of Sexual Harassment for 'Inebriated' Message; Cohen Says it was 'Meant in Jest'

"Real Housewives" star Brandi Glanville claims that Andy Cohen subjected her to sexual harassment with a salacious video message. Cohen says the message, which also included Kate Chastain of "Below Deck," was "meant in jest," and says that Glanville was "in on the joke."

"Glanville sent a letter from her lawyer Bryan Freedman to NBCUniversal, Shed Media and Shed's parent company Warner Bros. Discovery, claiming that an 'inebriated' Cohen sent her a video message stating of 'his intention to sleep with another Bravo star that night while thinking of her and invited her to watch via Facetime,'" Variety reported.

"The letter continues stating that Glanville felt both 'trapped' and 'disgusted' due to the nature of Cohen's exchange," the entertainment news outlet added.

Cohen acknowledged in a tweet that the message was "totally inappropriate," the report said, but he also said that "Brandi's response clearly communicated she was in on the joke."

Even so, the "Watch What Happens Live" host said, "I apologize."

Glanville's claim comes even as she is facing accusations of sexual harassment and assault, herself, from Caroline Manzo, with whom she stars in the upcoming "The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip."

Variety noted that last month Manzo "sued Bravo, NBCU and Shed, alleging that she had been sexually harassed and assaulted by Glanville while filming in Morocco."

Variety detailed that Manzo's suit "alleges that Glanville forcibly kissed her and groped her vagina and breasts during taping of an episode," and "alleges that Bravo and the additional production arms of the network were aware of Glanville's past improper conduct but hired her anyway to juice the ratings on their new reality series."

Glanville's attorney denies the claim, saying that Manzo's allegations constitute a "false narrative" and accusing NBC and Shed Media of "[d]eliberately refashioning a series of intimate moments between two consenting adults into a #MeToo scenario."

"This is a transparent attempt to cut ties with Ms. Glanville in a manner intended to deny her recourse, discredit her, and ward off damaging revelations that Ms. Glanville is uniquely positioned to reveal," Glanville's attorney declared.
