Zac Efron is Just Fine After Being Hospitalized in Ibiza, Shares Workout Pic

Zac Efron is totally fine after recently being hospitalized in Ibiza, Spain.

After TMZ reported that Efron was found by hotel staff in his pool, his reps released a statement that he suffered a "minor swimming incident."

Now, according to Efron, he is "happy and healthy," Entertainment Tonight reported. In an Instagram story post Sunday, Efron can be seen lifting weights on a sunny deck while still on vacation in Spain.

Efron was shirtless and still looking very much like his character in the "Iron Claw."

"Thanks for the well wishes," said Efron.

"When asked why Efron was taken to the hospital for a minor incident, his rep once again reiterated it was purely a precautionary measure. However, the rep did not say what caused him to be in distress in the pool," reported TMZ.

According to Efron's reps, he was discharged from the hospital Saturday morning.

Before his hospitalization, Efron was spotted having lots of fun at a music festival and even joined DJ Martin Garrix on stage.

Efron has been plagued by rumors about his appearance since he "almost died" after reportedly shattering his jaw in 2013.

Addressing rumors about his looks, "My mom told me. I don't really read the internet, so, I don't really give a f**k," Efron said.
