Out Singer Omar Apollo Is Going on Tour with SZA

Out singer Omar Apollo is going on an arena tour with SZA, Variety reported.
It is SZA's first-ever arena tour, in promotion for her recent "SOS" studio album, and the tour for Apollo will only add to his meteoric rise as pop music's next best thing.
Apollo will join SZA throughout the tour, from Feb. 21 in Columbus, Ohio, and wrap up on March 22 in Los Angeles. SZA will also reportedly hit arenas in Chicago's United Center and New York City's Madison Square Garden.
Look for tickets for the tour to go on sale at noon on Dec. 16 at szasos.com.
Also, in case you had any doubts, Apollo is a confirmed queer man. He recently made headlines by addressing claims that he could be queerbaiting with a very straight forward tweet: "no i b sucking dick fr," he tweeted. And if that isn't reason enough to go see him perform live, we don't know what is!
Reviewing the new album, Variety wrote that "'SOS' isn't simply a statement piece: It's practically a new bible of abstract contemporary soul," praising SZA's ability to make "danger, sex and joy so daringly breezy and buoyant."
