Self-styled influencer Christian Walker went after his Senate candidate father, Herschel Walker, following reports that Herschel paid for a girlfriend's abortion.

"I know my mom and I would really appreciate if my father Herschel Walker stopped lying and making a mockery of us," the 23-year-old influencer, who denies being gay but says he's attracted to men, posted in a tweet that followed the bombshell news, according to Politico.

"You're not a 'family man' when you left us to bang a bunch of women, threatened to kill us, and had us move over 6 times in 6 months running from your violence," Christian Walker's tweet added.

Christian continued his attack in posts that called out his father directly.

"I don't care about someone who has a bad past and takes accountability. But how DARE YOU LIE and act as though you're some 'moral, Christian, upright man,'" Christian posted. "You've lived a life of DESTROYING other peoples lives. How dare you."

The online attack continued, NBC News reported, with: "Every family member of Herschel Walker asked him not to run for office, because we all knew (some of) his past. Every single one. He decided to give us the middle finger and air out all of his dirty laundry in public, while simultaneously lying about it."

"I'm done," Christian Walker added, ending his post.

But his anger continued to boil over in a video he subsequently posted. "Family values, people?" Christian demanded in a tirade about how his father's conduct affected him. "He had four kids [with] four different women, wasn't in the house raising one of them. He was out having sex with other women!"

"Do you care about family values?" Christian demanded. "I am done! Everything has been a lie."

In response to Christian's social media posts, the senatorial hopeful posted, "I LOVE my son no matter what."

NBC News reported that The Daily Beast "corroborated the details with a close friend whom 'she told at the time and who, according to the woman and her friend, took care of her in the days after the procedure.' It also published what the woman said was a 'get well' card signed by Walker and said she had provided both the receipt from the abortion clinic and a bank deposit showing an image of Walker's check reimbursing her for the cost of the procedure."

Herschel Walker has campaigned on, among other things, a message of support for the outlawing of all abortions without exceptions for rape, incest, or concerns for the health of pregnant women. He has denied the reports of having paid for the woman's abortion, which were initially made by The Daily Beast.

The Daily Beast had previously broken the story that Herschel Walker had fathered a son with a woman he was not married to, before following that report with another that detailed how the former football player not only acknowledged that child as his own, but went on to reveal two more children he had fathered out of wedlock.

"The revelations come in the middle of Walker's competitive race to unseat Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-GA) and after many public comments Walker has made about absent fathers in the Black community," The Daily Beast noted at the time.
